Welcome to the Homeowners’ Association section! Lake Padgett Estates has never been nor will ever be a Homeowner's Association. There are State laws governing HOA's and we are not one. We are currently a Civic Association. Our MSTU will be an Independant Special District ISD when all of the legal work is completed. The MSTU is encouraged to share information with the entire community by posting information in this unique portion of the neighborhood website. If you are a member of the MSTU, you may save costs by posting your newsletter, or including your resident directory in a password protected section. This is a great forum to reach all of the members of the neighborhood! We encourage you to embrace this portion of the neighborhood website! |

DEED RESTRICTIONS
Unfortunately, or fortunately, however you may look at it, the deed restrictions in Lake Padgett Estates have all expired. Deed restrictions govern for 20 years and must be renewed before this time is up.
Only county ordinances now govern in our community.
